I'm freshly engaged to my girlfriend of three years, Marion, and I know Brian is looking down and smiling at me right now. Brian and I enjoyed the best and worst of times together in our fifteen year friendship and I truly feel incomplete not being able to share this special experience with him.
I'm without a best friend and a best man for my wedding and I miss him dearly.
Craig: Brian would have been there for you Craig. You both would have had great times planning the event and the pre wedding party of the groomsmen. On the other hand, you will be spared whatever "creative" tricks he would have dreamed up. Congratulations Craig. God bless your marriage.

Going along with what Dick said, you have indeed been spared a large amount of embarassment due to Brian's inevitable pranks at your bachelor party/wedding. I have no idea what it would be, but I know it would be great.
